Hi, I'm Ruben, a dedicated ecologist with a passion for sustainable development and ecosystem conservation. My work involves environmental assessments, stakeholder engagement, and developing adaptive strategies to ensure the preservation of our natural environment. I have a strong background in spatial analysis, data science, and project management. Although remote sensing is my strong suit, I also enjoy occasional fieldwork for biotope or faunistic mapping.
When I'm not working on hands-on projects, you can find me dabbling in dynamical models, AI, or cryptography. Deep diving into complex and innovative topics helps me continuously sharpen my strategic problem-solving skill in a fun way.

EcoRSS is a growing project that processes and aggregates RSS feeds from various ecology related journals.
The project includes a build script that fetches, processes, and organizes articles into a JSON file, which is then deployed to GitHub Pages.
At this point the backbone is working, but there is absolutely room for expanded functionality and scale.
